As part of Memphis Community Schools continuing efforts to maintain safe schools, a confidential and anonymous telephone hotline and message center is now available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Memphis schools is committed to the prevention of problems and issues rather than reacting to them. Help us break up fights before the first punch is even thrown, prevent students from harming themselves or others, protect students from danger, and share information and intelligence about situations that have already occurred.

 

School administrators encourage students, parents, teachers, and community members to become involved and report school issues such as bullying, threats, theft, drugs/alcohol, harassment, weapons, vandalism, or any concerns you may have. Please be specific when sharing information, the more information we have the better.

 

The YELLOWJACKET TIP LINE wants everyone to know – reporting isn’t ‘snitching or ratting’. Reporting or sharing is when you need to keep yourself or someone else safe from threats, harmful behaviors, or dangerous situations. Everyone needs a way to safely give information about something they know without the fear of retaliation. This is a safe, simple, and completely anonymous way to share your information with Memphis Community Schools.
